Fleet Graphics & Nationwide Fleet Branding
Keep every truck, van, and trailer in your fleet looking like the same company, whether the fleet lives in one city or is spread across several markets.
Most quotes go back the same or next business day. No deposit to get a number.
Every Truck Looking Like the Same Company
A fleet is a different job than a single vehicle. You're working across different makes, models, and years, and the layout has to scale cleanly across all of them so a truck bought in 2019 still reads as the same brand as one delivered last month.
That gets harder the bigger the program gets. Every printer lays down color a little differently, vinyl warranties vary by manufacturer and by climate, and without a documented placement standard the logo ends up two inches off on half the fleet. We work from locked brand colors and a written placement standard per body style so the tenth truck matches the first.
Scheduling matters just as much as the graphics. We stage installs around your operations so you're never missing the whole fleet at once, and we can phase a rollout over weeks or months as vehicles cycle through.
A good chunk of our fleet work is install-only, running off files and specs supplied by a marketing agency, a reseller, or the brand's own creative team. If print production is already handled and you need someone qualified to put it on right, that's a core part of what we do.

What You Get With Fleet Graphics
The details that decide whether the finished job still looks right years from now, not just on install day.
Brand Consistency Across Every Body Style
Locked color targets and a documented placement standard per vehicle type, so graphics land in the same spot on every make, model, and year.
Nationwide & Multi-Market Programs
Set up to be the reliable on-the-ground piece of a larger rollout. Clear specs in, consistent installs out, one point of contact throughout.
Minimal Downtime Scheduling
Installs are staggered and planned around your operations so you're not pulling multiple vehicles off the road at once.
Works From Your Files or Ours
Comfortable installing from supplied print files, panel maps, and install guides, or building the whole layout from your brand standards.
Industries We Work With
How a Multi-Market Rollout Actually Runs
The bigger the fleet, the more the logistics matter. Here's the structure we work inside of.
Brand Standard Locked
Exact color targets, logo files, and approved layouts documented before the first vehicle is scheduled.
Placement Mapped
A written placement spec per body style, so the same graphic sits in the same spot on a cargo van and a flatbed.
Rollout Staged
Install order and timing planned around how the fleet actually operates, in phases if that keeps trucks working.
Documented on Completion
Photo confirmation per unit so whoever is managing the program can verify it without flying out to look.
Common Questions
Can you install from print files and specs we already have?
That's a regular part of our work. Send over the install guide, panel maps, print files, and vehicle details and we'll quote the install.
How do you keep branding consistent across a large or multi-market fleet?
We work from locked brand color targets and a written placement standard for each body style in the fleet, so the same logo lands in the same position on every vehicle regardless of who is installing or when.
How do you handle scheduling so our whole fleet isn't down at once?
We plan install order around your operational needs and stagger vehicles in and out, so you keep enough trucks running while the fleet gets updated.
Do you work with marketing agencies and national brands?
Yes. As a 3M Preferred Installer, a meaningful share of our work comes from marketers, agencies, and national brands looking for a vetted installer to execute a program to spec.
Is there a minimum fleet size?
No. We handle everything from a two-truck operation to a multi-market rollout, the process just scales up with more documentation.
